With a formal background in business management and product development, combined with a career dedicated in software development, over the last 7 years he has committed his focus on providing powerful next generation software solutions to the Real Estate industry. Richard’s experience and passion in product and business development has helped drive change and innovation to the Real Estate software community. Under his direction, Concentric Software, has grown from a revolutionary idea, to a MLS technology and service leader. Richard graduated from California Lutheran University, earning his degree in business management and computer science.

Brian is a licensed real estate broker in California and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1992. He has extensive experience working with and developing real estate based technology for the residential, commercial, and mortgage industries. He worked for Norwest Mortgage/Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for close to ten years as one of the top 10% of originators in the country. In 2002, Brian started Sterling Pacific, a mortgage and real estate brokerage firm in Sacramento. In 2006, Brian began consulting with Rich Igou on developing a new MLS application, which eventually turned into Concentric Software’s EvolutionMLS product. Brian graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with degrees in Government/international relations and Finance.

He began his career working at Supra Products in 1986; working his way up from a customer service representative, to a sales manager responsible for half of the US and Canadian markets. Warren has also been an integral player in data and application security for both the Real Estate and legal industry, developing strategic alliances with RSA Security and other security providers. He began consulting for Concentric in 2006, and has now joined the team full time as the National Director of Sales. Warren graduated from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it Bret Wiener joined Concentric Software in 2008 as Chief Information Officer, bringing with him over 15 years of technology expertise and extensive management experience. He is an accomplished executive with a history of success during the start-up and growth of new business ventures, from software to print media publishing. A veteran of internet-based MLS software service, Bret spent more than 8 years as CTO and Executive Vice President for a leading MLS vendor, directing the research, development, and delivery of large-scale systems. He is a respected industry leader, known for his vision, passion, and commitment to customer satisfaction. As Chief Information Officer, Bret collaborates with the management team to synchronize our IT strategy with business goals. Bret studied computer science and mathematics at University of California, Santa Barbara.

He has more than 23 years of experience in the software industry, with 13 years in various management positions. He has extensive experience in building and deploying high-performing large-scale web applications, and in managing world-class Data Center. Prior to joining Concentric, Isaac served as CTO for a large MLS software provider and has extensive experience providing Real Estate software services. Isaac is graduated from Claude Bernard University Lyon 1, in France, and holds a Master's degree in Management and Information Systems.
