EvolutionMLS is a state of the art Web 2.0 RIA (Rich Internet Application) that harnesses the Adobe Flex development platfom. Using this technology combines the accessibility of web applications and power desktop applications. Evolution MLS provides users with a more rich and expressive user interface allowing real estate professionals to do their job more efficiently and effectively. Unlike many of the other MLS systems on the market today, Evolution MLS is compatible will all browsers and all operation systems. You are no loner tied to running the application in only Windows and IE. The only thing needed to run Evolution MLS is a browswer (IE, Firefox, Opera, etc.) and Adobe Flash Player 9. Features Rich User Interface - Evolution MLS is the first to design a true Web 2.0 RIA MLS. Like a desktop application, Evolution MLS loads the entire application at start-up, making tansitions between screens, and functions like sorting, searching and editing seemless and very fast. With Evolution MLS there are no page redraws and refreshing of screens; when the application needs to get data from the server, it is passed directly to the screen. Client Centric System - The real estate industry is a client driven industry, and we felt that an MLS system should be too. Therefore Evolution MLS has one of the most robust contact management systems on the market. Not only will agents have the ability to enter client information in to the system, but it will allow them to save searches, listings, reports, and CMA packages directly tied to the their client. Agents can also setup auto-prospecting searches, and have their clients notified with new listings that meet their search criteria via email or text message. Clients will also have the ability to manage listings through the Evolution Client Access. Here they will be able to manage new listing prospects and determine which properties they would like to save or reject, look at reports and CMAs their agent has created for them, and make any comments to listings that were found. Mapping - Evolution MLS uses some of the most advanced mapping technology, harnessing ESRI Arcwebservices mapping, BlueRaster Parcel Data, and many other mapping features. We have integrated mapping into almost every function in the MLS, from map searches, to laying out listings from a search, comparables and more. Other features included with Evolution's mapping system are, driving directions, radius and polygon searching, street, areial , and detailed parcel information. 1-Click CMA - This feature allows agents to search for properties either by a Tax Record search or Listing Search and with a click of a button can find comparable listings. Evolution MLS uses very complex logic to produce a veray acccurate results set of comparables. This allows agents a very easy and quick way to determine the valuation of a property. Other Features
